$30k Cashback Promotion

Defined Terms

In this document:

Cashback” means an amount of $30,000 including GST that will be applied as a reduction to the Quoted Price of Land.

“Land” means any residential section offered for sale to the public as indicated on the Silverstream Website

“Lime Developments” means Lime Developments Limited, 1/42 Silverstream Boulevard, Kaiapoi, 7630; PO Box 413, Kaiapoi, 7664

“Quoted Price” means any GST-inclusive price for residential land offered for sale as indicated on the Silverstream Website

“Silverstream Subdivision” means Silverstream Estate, 1/42 Silverstream Boulevard, Kaiapoi, 7630; PO Box 413, Kaiapoi, 7664

“Silverstream Website” means the Silverstream Subdivision web address of www.silverstreamestate.co.nz

“Working Day” means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday, or a public holiday observed in Canterbury. 

“Purchaser Conditions” refers to the specified timeframe within which the purchaser must satisfy or confirm the conditions outlined in the Sales & Purchase Agreement.

1. Cashback Promotion

1.1 Lime Developments offers the Cashback to any purchaser of land within the Silverstream Subdivision, provided the land is owned and sold by Lime Developments and all Eligibility Conditions (refer 2. below) are met and so endorsed as being met by Lime Developments.

1.2 The completion of the Cashback Promotion is 5pm 20 March 2025.

1.3 The Cashback will be provided on the date of final settlement and transfer of Land to the purchaser.

1.4 Lime Developments exercises a right of sole discretion in granting the Cashback and may vary the Cashback Promotion from time to time by giving written notice to purchasers or by way of public announcement on the Silverstream Website.

 

2. Eligibility Conditions

2.1. The conditions of any Agreement for Sale and Purchase for Land that must be met to be eligible for a Cashback are:

2.1.1 The agreement date shall fall between 1 February 2025 and 20 March 2025.

2.1.2 The deposit shall be 10% of the Quoted Price.

2.1.3 The purchaser conditions are for a period of no more than 10 working days.

2.1.4 Settlement date is no more than 10 working days from confirmation of the purchaser conditions.

2.1.5 The Cashback is included in the Special Conditions to Agreement for Sale and Purchase and is applied as a discount to the Quoted Price which is calculated by Lime Developments legal representative upon conveyancing of the Land.

2.2 Lime Developments may vary these Eligibility Conditions at its sole discretion.
